Alabama Point System

The fees charged by the DPS will vary according to the violation. You must pay the fees to have your license reinstated. Here are the fees related to your Alabama suspended license:

- Revoked license: $175
- DUI related suspension: $275
- DUI related to revoked license: $275
You must pay additional fees if:
- For drug-related offense: $25
- Installation of an ignition interlock device: $150
- Failure to surrender your license in 30 days: $50
