Make an Appointment at a CT DMV
The Connecticut DMV website does offer appointments, but they are limited to a few items like scheduling permit knowledge tests and road tests. Appointments are required for items like a learner’s permit. That said, you can use the state’s online scheduler to make your next appointment.
